    Hello, same problem here, Escape key doesn't work when Rainbow is on.

    Workaround : SHIFT+ESC works for most of my software.

    Please fix this quickly.

    Same problem here in the UK, This is effecting 3rd party applications since the update. The web version does not cause the issue. Cheers

    Yes, in Spain some clients are reporting the same issue with the escape key not working when Rainbow Desktop Application is on.

    But if you're logged to Rainbow by web browser, the escape key continues working correctly.

    We face the same problem when the Rainbow app is on (all Rainbow users in our company are having this problem) => please fix this issue quickly.

    Hello all,

    The described issue is known and we already have the fix for the Desktop app.

    Now, we are working on the Web version so, once finished, we can publish both at the same time.

    We invite you to stay tuned to the new version to come.

    In the meantime, you can use this workaround:

    Deactivate and reactivate the following option in your Rainbow configuration:

    Remember that; if you restart the Rainbow app, you will need to re apply the Workaround.
