Jabra Evolve 65 UC headsets problems

After installing the latest version of Rainbow, our users who use the jabra e65 UC handset are unable to take the call using the appropriate button on the headset or even unhooking  the earphones with the magnet. With the old versione of Rainbow  this didn't happen. The firmware installed on our Jabra earphones is: 
- Jabra Link 370 Firmware version 1.50.0
- Jabra Evole E65 Firmware version 2.12.0

We also noticed that Rainbow is not displayed in the default softphone in the Jabra Direct Software.

Any suggestions?

  Hello,

  we also Using Rainbow Desktop-App with Plantronics Headsets and see that we have problems to use Rainbow. With the PickUp HangUp Button, we only could mute Rainbow but not get the phone call or hang up.
