Shared Contacts in Outlook won't show
We have a customer who uses shared contact lists in his Exchange environment. Within the Rainbow client you will enter a name and it starts searching also for this contacts, but only some of them show up. For example you're entering "Elisabeth" and only 4 contacts show up in Rainbow, although there are 6 entries in the shared contact list.
Can somebody please tell me what the issue could be.
