Rainbow Room and CAM50 disconnection
I have a customer that installed a Rainbow Room with CAM50 and all the recommended HW specs. However, he claims that every morning he needs to physically disconnect and re-connect it, in order to work.
Any similar experience in other installations?
I use Rainbow Room with a LOGITECH C920 HD Pro Webcam (non official supported) since several weeks and had no connection issues until now.
Did you switch off your Room TV Box after usage or is it running permanently with the Rainbow application?
For investigation you can install another app on the Room TV Box like TrueConf and check if the CAM50 is recognized?
CAM50 has a standby mode maybe this has impact, ensure that the latest firmware is installed on the equipment.
