Problem with the APP Rainbow
Good morning, we found anomalies with the use of Rainbow on mobile. 1) The user owns a Huawey P9 phone and the mobile phone number associated with the sim is entered in the mobile phone part, the number reported on the SIM is automatically entered before the number portability. 2) The user has a XIAOMI phone, the application starts but does not receive and make calls. 3) The user has a SAMSUNG S20 ULTRA phone starts correctly but does not receive and make calls. All 3 users have a Business license - 1 year prepaid. On the WEBRTC Gateway we see them correctly register and by accessing with their user on other devices everything works correctly. The other 9 users, on the other hand, do not encounter any problems.
