Cuando inicia Rainbow en windows se queda la ventana de la aplicacion en blanco.

    I've got the same trouble : 5 Rainbow Clients in two days with whiteScreen !
    is there an explanation ?

    Same problem for our company .. Almost 10 Rainbow Clients with a grey screen.

    Same here, 1 customer with grey screen on desktop application, mobile and web are working but very annoying because customer working essentially with desktop mode (headset RCC)

    Hi , I had to remove and reinstall Rainbow and the grey screen problem disapear in my case. (for the moment)

    Hi, same problem with one a my customers.
    Only way to resolve the grey screen is reinstalling the RB desktop app.

    Since all other feedbacks so far that it could be a platforn issue.
