Since i must disconnect Web acces of my OCE Rainbow connection still down However WEBRTC link still up and cloud connect still up too I Try to updates statuts many times and create à New link in my Rainbow company but still down.... Please help me to Maybe clear OCE about Rainbow cloud then Maybe i can Try again to register Because tomorrow at 10am I've got meeting to make little Rainbow show.....

  Bonjour, cédric, j'ai eu le meme problème avec 3 OCE entre Samedi et aujourd'hui.

  J'ai ouvert 1 ticket ce WE etque j'ai clos car ça s'est reconnecté tout seul.

  Celui fait ce jour, je le laisse ouvert car ça fait bcp de coincidences....

  Je pense que ton problème peut-être le même que le mien, attend 2 ou 3h voir si le lien remonte, c'est ce qui s'est passé pour moi .

  edit: je ne sais pas si ça s'est réglé "tout seul" ou s'il y a eu action de la part de ALE ou des services Rainbow , mais ça s'est résolu à chaque fois peu de temps après que j'ai ouvert un SR . (peut-être juste une coincidence)

  Hi, Cedric, I had the same problem with 3 OCE between Saturday and today.

  I opened 1 ticket this weekend and closed it because it reconnected by itself.

  The one made today, I leave it open because it's a lot of coincidences....

  I think your problem may be the same as mine, wait 2 or 3 hours to see if the link goes back, that's what happened for me.

  Ça me laisse optimiste pour demain matin même si je préférerais savoir et maîtriser le problème je t'avoue que je serais ravi que demain matin l'once soit connecté en arrivant au bureau 😁
