Need more customized Profiles

It would be very good to have more customized profiles to control member features. 

Now there are 4 defaults, that doesn't fit to various customer request.

  Please add more profiles which are fully customizable.
  The defined profiles are not fully customizable. While the customers want more variation in different profiles for groups of employees.

  additional request: enable the roll-out of profiles to groups of users, e.g. based on given tags.
