Would it be possible to push the CC integration a little bit?
We need the ProACD and agent function for all our call center agents.
At the same time, outbound dialing via the client should work in the same way as with the OTC PC client. One client for ProACD and Agent.
Are there already efforts to implement this? If so, is there a date when this feature will be implemented?
