we have tested Rainbow. I made a mistake while creating the identifier. I used the short form of our Active Directory identifier (zia@). The official mail address is a longer string (arnold.zimmermann@).
The problem is that we are invited in bubbles with the official mail address, but we don't get access to Rainbow. At the same time our license could not be registered.
Is it possible to change the ID or to transfer the data of the existing ID to a new profile?
