    Hi,

    I am from France too , and same for me and my customers, some are ok and others no.

     

    For me, I wasn't connected on my mobile before Issue.

     

    (On Desktop and web, bubbles appear not loading messages.)

    Hi,

    I'm from Italy, some customer of us can't connect from Android app. After the login it seams connected but after 15s it appears a disconnect banner. From the log "Impossible to start xmpp connection: org.jivesoftware.smack.SmackException$NoResponseException: No response received within reply timeout. Timeout was 15000ms"
