Rainbow Only User with Evolution
I have an issue with the Evolution and Rainbow users only:
Using an Evolution with Rainbow, all user are anywhere devices except the main reception phone (8068)
With the latest software latest Evo software R4.0_036_001
if you create a hunt group on the Evolution and put in the Anywhere devices and one of the Rainbow users sets up a not disturb on the Ranbow App, the incoming call goes to the general maibox until the user takes off the do not disturb feature, then its fine.
None of the users have a voice mail box
Ive upgraded to the latest Evo software R4.0_036-001
Ive tried this on my workshop test Evolution Ssytem and its exactly the same.
Can someone please help with this matter
Appear to be "normal", got the same on all my system, I "tricky" used a general mailbox message repeated several times to indicate " the user you try to call is not reachable for the moment...."
Can be a good feature to make the call follow the dynamic forward when in do not disturb.
I also had the same experience and this is no the a normal behaviour.
If the users done't use a personal voicemail nor you have the need of the auto attendant I advise to deactivate the voice processing. this way the voicemail engine doesn't work and so there is no general mailbox so the call will follow the dyn routing to general level to your 8068, but keep T1+T2 timer lower then 30sec otherwise it will not reach the general level.
