    Hello,

A bubble becomes inactive after 60 days of inactivity.

You can then choose to archive or delete them if they are not needed anymore.

    Regards,

Okay.. but what if they are still needed? Can they be re-activated? They currently cannot be used if they are in an inactive state.

You should be able to reactivate the bubble with a new IM.

The user that is having the issue tells me that she can't send a new IM to the inactive bubble. She can type one in but it will not send.

I have a call with Alcatel-Lucent about this same case, I was unable to send a message through the web application or browser. However, I decided to ask the customer to use it on the cell phone.

    Hello,

You are right, we have reproduced this problem and are working on it. It will be fixed soon.

Another workaround is to invite a user to the inactive bubble. Once the invitation has been accepted, the bubble becomes active.

    Regards,

    Claire

    Hello Chris Dunkley,

During the checks to identify whether the problem was general, we identified that using the rainbow app on the mobile device to reactivate the bubble. Our simulations were with the bubble owner.
Also keep the container and version of rainbow always up to date.

So you can't reactivate a bubble from either the webapp or the desktop app?

    Chris Dunkley,

It's not that I can't, a bug has been identified. Where the rules for reactivating the bubble by the owner did not work.
Then the user when using the application on the cell phone reactivated the bubble.
In this case, it is not a generalized failure, but in Web applications and Windows clients.
As the failure was for Development solution, my client is using the feature to reactivate bubble by the application on the mobile device. Until the correction comes in some update.
