PBX <<>> OPENRAINBOW conection staus fail

The PBX does not connect at RAINBOW servers. Is still "pending" at status on operainbow.com

At PBX side we've the log rainbowagent.log show the above information:

2021-03-18 12:51:50:585 [E] rainbowagent.WebSocketMux [3]#WsMx connectWs(): Web Sockect link refused connecting to agent.openrainbow.com:443 - SSL Exception: error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed

And the MGR >> RAINBOW status as screen (password status = Temporary):

Can someone help me?
