iso app crash

Hello,
I am unable to use the ios rainbow application, as soon as I authenticate myself and grant access permissions to the camera, microphone ...etc , the app crash immediately. no way to restart. uninstall, reinstall .... nothing to do.

any help!

  Hello Ali,
  
  we have the same issue. iPhone 6/7/8 with difference iOS versions have the same issue.
  The app chash immediately ... Andorid haven't issues only iPhones.
  
  Rainbow Support please solve the issue asap.

  We received this from Rainbow Customer Care, but no new version in the appstore at the moment !!!
