Screen sharing no longer works webrtcwarning no available media

Screen sharing on rainbow.
This is not working in my option because all of the Computers are based in the office and none of them have Micro-phones or speakers on them.
When the end user tries to connect to screen sharing a message on the display comes up (webrtcwarning no available media) that’s is correct as there isn’t any available.
I ask to Clare to allow me in on her Laptop and got Clare to log in to open rainbow as a web page client, username and Password put in and Clare could then screenshare her laptop to me and my laptop to hers with no issues.
Conclusion
Either it has never worked as described by Clare or the latest software update last week has stopped it from working… due to the way Clare was able to show me it working I would say that she has used this before..
