I have the general impression that the community is not large and the interaction is not great as well as ALE monitoring and responses to posts is not very active. I hope I am wrong.

  I think they (ALE) do read the posts but do not give feedback. 

  I switched to open eSR when ever I find a problem. E.g. Release 88 will fix a problem that you can't subscribe to public newsfeed if your company is "closed" - you only see your own newsfeeds. That's one of the things I reported. They should but my name next to the release notes :-)

  I'm in agreement with you Mike, ALE  have gone missing. Maybe you might find them on the Rainbow Voice powered by " " Community hub
