our new users should get - after signing at openrainbow - normally the licence "essential".
It happens however very often that the get a client feature set, where only the phoning feature set is allowed. After some hours and some restarts of the clients the correct features (Chat, Audio, Video, Bubbles) arreives.
I think the problem is, that the user have two different mailadresses (#1 with the user ID and #2 with "firstname.familyname") the first one is dedicated for the use with the PBX and the 2nd one for office use.
We simply do not know, why the client does not realise the correct context and sync with the Rainbow server immediately.
Does somebody know where and how this process can be made faster? Can I force the client somehow to check it faster?
