Calls dial, ring once, then silence

Everyday, after I use Rainbow on my computer once for a call. I cannot dial out again unless I restart the app, and sometimes, I must restart my computer. I will dial, it will ring once, and then silence until it just hangs up. This happens every single day, multiple times a day. I have to restart between each outgoing phone call. It's not my headphones, because the call never connects. I am not using a +1 before the number. I've submitted this ticket with our provider, but they don't see the issue on their end. It's getting hard to work. I need a solution please.
