Call log missing all incoming calls

    Hello,

    Have you looked into "calls" menu on web application? It should display the full history for a given number.

     

    If it is not the case, it might be necessary to open a case to our support team.

    Hi Claire, I've checked this - everything is complete up until Friday, then nothing. How do I open a case?
