Rainbow SalesForce Connector doesn't work

About month ago I set up Rainbow SalesForce Connector using Guide for salesforce org and everything worked fine. But actually connector doesnt work. I didn't made any changes in apex class or rainbow call center. I deleted connector and set up it again with Guide and I still cant call. Could anyone help me or someone had the same issue?
