    Hi Luis, do you mean datacenters from OVH ?

    I hope/think that Alcatel is not dependent on OVH alone?

    4hours later, we still can not call over the rainbow app (hybrid with pbx onsite)

    chat work since +/-11h30

    but none of the tele workers or mobile users could call.

    How to prevent in the future?

    Official detailed communication from Alcatel for such serious outage?
