beeping while pbx conference call with 3

Since latest version there is something wrong when you have a call with 3 internal phones that one of the three (latest one who joins) get's a beeping each 2 or 3 seconds...

Keeps asking for answer or merge but already in the conversation.

You can't click the buttons.
