hybrid setup connection pbx lost - global issue?

looks like the connection is lost between hybrid pbx and rainbow?

mpcheck in webrtc is all green OK.

is there a global issue?

status page rainbow shows all green?

  After 15minutes back online.

  How could we know if this is a local issue or global at Rainbow side?

  Is there somewhere logging to check this?
