major Problems with Voice hybrid to OXO/OXE since update sprint 96 !!!!! need help ASAP
a lot of our customers and or own system too, have major issues with voice since sprint 96 yesterday.
When wil this be resolved?
it's really urgent.
can you please open a ticket with a detailed description of the issue and attach the corresponding Rainbow client logs when you reproduce it.
we have same issue (i guess) when people have more than one rainbow client open and they pick-up the phone there is no voice in both directions.
If they self initate a phone call there is no problem, only when they receive phone calls and only when they have more than one rainbow client or rainbow web open.
Is this the same problem like you had Patrick SWINNEN or Alan BACHELIN ?
(we will also rise a ticket with the ALE partner)
I could be the same, but we didn''t test it with users having concurrent clients open at the same time.
with the logs we provided the RB r&d team could find the route cause and a fix is coming soon.
best is that you raise an eSR and also put all logs and scenario so they can check if it's the same root cause.
