Rainbow behavior after subscription expire
I have a customer that by mistake let the Business subscription expire. Rainbow assign to all the users the Essential subscription. It's OK and expected.
Then they subscribe again Business.
Is there to assign these subscriptions to all the users at once? (They did it one by one.) Would it be via mass provisioning csv file, using "update" option?
Another issue is to assign the office phone also in one shot. They did it by each user.
