Execute external program upon picking up a a call

Hello, i managed to set up rainbow to open my program every time i receive a phone call ( following the guide: "Launch External Applications while Incoming Phone Call" .

My problem is that i need to set it up to open only when i pick up the call and not every time there is an incoming call.

How can i do it?
