Hi all,

Regarding IOS version installed.

We have a customer with aprox. 100 Rainbow users. Many of them use IOS. Is there central a way to check what ISO version is installed on the iPhones? I use the Rainbow Desktop app to mangae the customer

It seem like some users dont manage to get the Rainbow app. updated and that is now becoming a problem.

  Hello Flemming,

  Thank you for your post.

  First thing to know is if the iOS version is superior to iOS 12.

  Rainbow is no longer supported for the iOS 12, therefore there is no way to update the app.
