Configuration Test - Issue with the windows application

Bonjour, 

When you start the configuration test, there is an issue for the video and screen sharing part, but only for the windows application, it's ok for the web client

It looks like a bug for me, or it it's just a configuration issue, could you provide the good configuration to put in place?

Anyway, this new feature is very useful for troubleshooting :-)

  Hello Olivier,

  Is this result present at every test?

  I have just made a test and both results are the same. 

  Please feel free to make a new test in the same conditions for both clients (Web and Desktop) and if the issue is still present please open a SR joining both client's logs.

  yes the result is everytime the same 

  - Ok with the Web client

  - NOK with the application

   I will ask to open a SR
