Voip Calls

I have an OCO R5.0 connected to an Evolution to play Rainbow Gateway.
I've already managed to register between the 2, but I can't establish calls through VoIP. I've reviewed the manual and programming and it seems to be fine, but it still doesn't work.
Can you help me?
