lancer un appel Rainbow à partir d'un logiciel métier

Bonjour ,

Je souhaite de l'aide pour savoir comment paramétrer mon système pour lancer un appel Rainbow Business depuis une application métier en cliquant sur le numéro du client.

    Bonjour, je ne sais pas si cela correspond à ce que vous cherchez mais de base, en sélectionnant un numéro et en appuyant sur la touche F6 de votre clavier, Rainbow lance un appel sur ce numéro (la Touche F6 étant la configuration par défaut présente dans l'écran des paramètres de Rainbow).
