Incoming call pop up information only display first and last name

We use the business directory and outlook. The incoming call popup shows only the caller's first and last name. How can I display the company name and department?

With thousands of entries, no one knows only names. We need to display company names and their departments.

  Thanks for this suggestion.
  Incoming call popup is sometime seen as very intrusive and we try to find the good level of information it presents.

  3 years have passed since the last entry. How can I show company name for incoming calls and company names in the contact and callers list? In the list I only have first and last name and then a lot, a lot, a lot  of space where nothing is written. It would be great to put the company and the position of the contact there. What is the difficulty behind it?
