rainbow issues since upgrade last night (90+43min downtime)
there was an automatic client update (2.109.6) last night for the rainbow client.
some people could start the application and login,
but a lot of people can't even start the application, keeps loading. After some retries you could get the login screen but it hangs after login.
It's not related to the client version because on the same server with same version, some could use Rainbow and other not.
Also web.openrainbow.com is down from internal or external location, so it's not firewall related.
On the official status.rainbow.com there is nothing reported.
Looks like same issues after last update some weeks ago?

It is possible Luis, there were already OVH issues in the past, there was no cause communication about the issue yesterday morning. Related to the upgrade or to OVH ? In the afternoon it looks like it was related to a provider (OVH?)
It's still amazing that Alcatel is so dependent on OVH, 2 times such a big issue on one day again...
