Schedule for notifications on/off and/or emergency override of silence

I know in iOS I can schedule the silence of Rainbow. But, my issue is that I need to get notifications from certain people/bubbles 24x7 no matter what, and others I would like silence when I sleep. It would be great if you had a "silence all notifications" button and then could mark a contact as an override so you get those no matter what. Then you would also need a "resume all notifications" button. Or, perhaps a schedule of when this would turn on/off, with the ability to select persons/bubbles to override this.
