If there is an option to "click button" to send IM messages would be good. Today only "ENTER" is available to send the IM msgs on the chat window
Auto update of user status in outlook mail client according to the rainbow status. It would be good to auto update the user status of a person in outlook mail client according to the rainbow status...
If a person in my contact list signs into Rainbow, a pop up message can be given to me stating that XXX has signed in. This would help me know that the person in the contact list is now online.
