I can't install the windows app, it gives me a 500 internal server error.

The user that is having the issue tells me that she can't send a new IM to the inactive bubble. She can type one in but it will not send.

Okay.. but what if they are still needed? Can they be re-activated? They currently cannot be used if they are in an inactive state.
