You can forward your phone calls to a phone number or to you voice mail. This feature is really useful to manage your desk phone when you're not to the office. The telephony functions are only available from your personal computer.
NOTE: This function requires a PABX connection. Please contact your company's administrator for more information about this.
How to forward a phone call?
Click on the Forward icon on the top right of Rainbow.
You can choose to forward your incoming calls to your voice mail or to another phone number.
Phone numbers present in your profile will be proposed, but you can indicate another phone number.
To cancel or change your Forward, please click a new times on the Forward icon on the top, right of Rainbow.
