Each user who joins your company has a default profile. You can modify this profile in order to activate more features adding a paid licences, a phone association, specifis rights etc. Note: These changes can be done one by one for each user, or by bulk using the mass provisionning feature. How to Manage My Company Members?
Associate a Member with his Office Phone:
- Click on "Manage your Company" in the upper band of your screen.
- In the left tab, click on "My Company" to access settings.
- Then, select the tab "Members" to display the users of your Company.
- Click on the member you want to update to open its settings. Choose the "Phone" sub-tab to access the phone information.
- Select the equipment (PBX) where the member's telephone is connected.
- Associate the correct extension number. Pre-filtering using the member name is automatically performed.
- If the member has one, indicate his public number. This number will be indicated as a professional number in his profile.
- Click on "Apply" to save the settings.

Grant a License to a Member:
- Click on "Manage your Company" in the upper band of your screen.
- In the left tab, click on "My Company" to access settings.
- Then, select the tab "Members" to display the users of your Company.
- Click on the member you want to update to open its settings. Choose the "Service" sub-tab to access the phone information.
- Choose a subscription among those available and activate one or more option.
- Click on "Apply" to save the settings.
Note: Each subscription gives access to specific functionalities. The official feature list shows all the functions available by subscription. Learn more
Warning: If you want to activate new subscriptions or increase the number of licenses, please contact your Rainbow Resseller who is in charge of these topics.
Grant Specific Rights (Role) to a Member:
- Click on "Manage your Company" in the upper band of your screen.
- In the left tab, click on "My Company" to access settings.
- Then, select the tab "Members" to display the users of your Company.
- Click on the member you want to update to open its settings. Choose the "Role" sub-tab to access the phone information.
- Choose the rights you want to add from those available. Please note that some rights are only available for users with an Enterprise license (e. g. Channel creation).
- Click on "Apply" to save the settings.
- You can filter the members of your Company to display only the administrators and manage them more easily.
Manage a Member's Authentification Methods:
- Click on "Manage your Company" in the upper band of your screen.
- In the left tab, click on "My Company" to access settings.
- Then, select the tab "Members" to display the users of your Company.
- Click on the member you want to update to open its settings. Choose the "Security" sub-tab to access the phone information.
- Here you can change your member's password. Please note that they will not be informed of this change, so you must send them the new password.
- you can also define a sign-in method in order to active e. g. a single sign on with Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
- Click on "Apply" to save the settings.
