For companies with OXO systems, not synchronized with Azure Active Directory, you can add a Company Directory in your Rainbow company. This allows your company members to find specific contacts directly from the Rainbow search bar. This feature is opened to every Members of your company.
NOTE: Company administration functionalities are available on computers (Web and desktop applications).
How to Manage a Company Directory?
Create a Company Directory in Rainbow
Click on the icon "Company" on the top on Rainbow.
On the left panel, click on "Business directory".
Don't tick the Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
Choose "Import" (you can use the available template to create your import data)
Browse your file directory and select the right filename before clicking import.
You are notified of the import result at the end of the operation.
Please note that the import operation empties the current Business Directory and replaces data.
The "Bulk Operations Results" displays the import status by contact.
Warning: Pay attention to respecting the encoded CSV format in UTF8 when saving the file.
As a result, Contacts are displayed into "Other directories of my company".

Promote a Company Directory Administrator
The management of a Company Directory can be delegated to anyone of your members.
Go to yourCompanypage by clicking on the tab "My Company" located on the left sidebar of your screen.
Select the "Members" tab in the upper band of your Rainbow screen to double click on the name of the promoted user.
