Some people have left or joined your project since the creation of the Bubble? Update the list of Members, adding or removing users. All project participants can join the Bubble even without a Rainbow account as a Guest simply by using their email address.
Also add Rainbow Rooms to connect your meeting rooms to your Bubbles and Web Conferences.
Invite new members
You can invite Rainbow users to join your Bubble after its creation. They will be notified in their Notification Center.
- Go to the Bubble for which you want to modify the list of Members.
- Click on the button "Conversation information" in the right side of the top banner do display the right panel.
- Click on the tab "Participants" to display all people in the group conversation.
- At the bottom of the avatar, click on the button " Add participant".
- In the search bar, type the name of the people you wish to invite to join the Bubble.
- Then click on their name among the results to prepare the invitation list. You can also drag and drop a user from your list of Recent Conversations space.
- Click on the "Apply" button to send the invitation to these Rainbow users.
- They will appear in the list of members with the icon until they agree to join the Bubble.
Invite people as a guest
You can invite a person to join your Bubble even if you can't find them via the invitation page. You will need to enter their email address to allow this personne to join the Bubble as a Guest.
- Go to the Bubble for which you want to modify the list of Members.
- Click on the button "Conversation information" in the right side of the top banner do display the right panel.
- Click on the tab "Participants" to display all people in the group conversation.
- At the bottom of the avatar, click on the button " Add participant".
- In the search bar, type the name of the people you wish to invite to join the Bubble. If your search is unsuccessful, use your contact's e-mail address to send them an email invitation.
- You can enter multiple email addresses to invite multiple people at the same time. Simply press "Enter" or the "Space bar" after each e-mail address.
- Click on the "Apply" button to send the invitation to these people to allow them to join Rainbow as Guests.
- They will appear in the list of members with their e-mail address. Their name will be displayed as soon as they join the conversation and enter this information.
Add a Rainbow Room
You can add a Rainbow Room to connect a meeting room to your Bubble. This allows you to join a Web Conference from a pre-equipped meeting room. Unlike a user invitation, adding a Rainbow Room is auto-accepted by the meeting room.
- Go to the Bubble for which you want to modify the list of Members.
- Click on the button "Conversation information" in the right side of the top banner do display the right panel.
- Click on the tab "Participants" to display all people in the group conversation.
- At the bottom of the avatar, click on the button " Add participant".
- At the bottom of the page, click on the "Add Rainbow Room" button.
- Choose the Rainbow Rooms you wish to add to your Bubble. That will allow you to join the Web Conference from these meeting rooms.
- Click on the "Apply" button to send the add these Rainbow Rooms to the group conversation.
- They will appear in the list of member in the section "Rainbow Room Equipment".
Remove Member or Rainbow Room
You can add a Rainbow Room to connect a meeting room to your Bubble. This allows you to join a Web Conference from a pre-equipped meeting room. Unlike a user invitation, adding a Rainbow Room is auto-accepted by the meeting room.
- Go to the Bubble for which you want to modify the list of Members.
- Click on the button "Conversation information" in the right side of the top banner do display the right panel.
- Click on the tab "Participants" to display all people in the group conversation.
- Place your cursor on the Member you wish to remove from the Bubble and click on the icon to open a menu.
- Then click on the button " Remove member".
