We glad to inform you that with the Rainbow release 1.69, 3 CRM/ITSM Rainbow CTI Cloud connectors are now available for the following solutions:
- MS Dynamics
- Salesforce.com Lightning
- ServiceNow (Madrid and New-York versions)
These connectors will add real time communication and collaboration capabilities to the CRM and ITSM solutions listed by integrating the company telephony system and the customer CRM or ITSM instances.
The Rainbow CTI Cloud connectors are hosted in ALE Cloud and will seamlessly interface customer solution instances as an integrated component. It fetches Rainbow contacts information and provides functionality that majorly includes conversations, automatic display of CRM contact information on incoming calls, dialing out CRM contacts, audio - video calls and calls history.
The subscription to a connector will be performed through the Rainbow Administration interface and ordered using the one on the following articles:
- Rainbow Connect 1 month
- Rainbow Connect 1 Year
- Rainbow Connect 3 Years
- Rainbow Connect 5 Years
