Some troubles experience on the telephony services Thursday, August 05, 2021 from 11:38AM CEST to 12:46AM CEST.
Two components on the backend were not behaving like expected and created a disruption in Rainbow's telephony services. Outgoing calls have been impacted, while the impact on the incoming calls was more limited.
A quick change of the versions of the involved backend components allowed the situation to be restored to normal and users getting back to their full telephone functions.

From 11:38AM CEST to 11:40AM CEST: Some users have reported troubles with Telephony Services in Rainbow through support request.
From 11:41AM CEST to 12:40AM CEST: Rainbow team published a notification on status.openrainbow.com and identified the source of the outage which allowed a quick restoration of services.
From 12:41AM CEST to 12:46AM CEST: All impacted services are up and running properly. Rainbow team continues to monitor the infrastructure before closing the incident.
