Good morning,

I would like to know if Rainbow user with set supervision on OXE is now released ?

  Please please add the supervision feature on Rainbow!

  it's partially working - but not usefull right now. the caller can be seen, but not the one who is beeing called. there is no visible difference for a supervised-call-notification and a incomming-call-notification

  Hello
  I would like to avoid confusion...
  When we speak of OXE supervision configured with a supervision key in the user Rex device.
  This is provided as it is, not supported in Rainbow F&L. We don't support with Rainbow the capability to differentiate the supervised call from a normal call, we present only the caller number of the first incoming call. We don't plan to improve this status.
  What is presented in Julien's video is a new Rainbow supervision service , not linked or synhronized with OXE, delivering a supervision console showing Rainbow user's phone calls with the capability to pick-up these calls.

  Hello Jean-Luc,

  yes, i was speaking of OXE supervision! Why don't you implement that? It would greatly enhance the usecase of Rainbow. Supervision is one thing which made Alcatel OXE unique
