Rainbow Outlook Add-In does not workRespondida
i have a problem with the Rainbow Outlook Add-In.
Outlook has been selected in the Rainbow App. But unfortunately the Add-In does not work.
In the Add-In options in Outlook the Add-In is inaktive and i can not aktivate this.

If this does not allow you to solve your issue, please submit your issue to our technical support team:
- stop Rainbow desktop application and Outlook (so we get a full start in the logs),
- start Rainbow desktop application and Outlook.
- in the Rainbow desktop application, click on your avatar (upper left corner), select "Help and support" / "Submit an issue". Describe the problem, and send the report.
- send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with issue description and logs of the Rainbow application (you can logs from Settings menu / About Rainbow / Open the logs. This will generate a zip file that you can attach to your email).
