To have a pop-up when a new user is connected to Rainbow and at same time, it´s in my contact list

If a person in my contact list signs into Rainbow, a pop up message can be given to me stating that XXX has signed in.
This would help me know that the person in the contact list is now online.

  Such kind of alert will not be considered in Rainbow.

  If you have lots of contacts in your roster, you will get many alerts.
