communication & collaboration between Rainbow clients and Rainbow S4B plugin

At this moment it's not possible to have a communication&collaboration between a Rainbow client(web,smartphone, PC) and the RB S4B plugin.

We have already received several customer questions why this is not made possible because they use the RB S4B plugin because the enterprise overall policy is to use O365 with S4B but they see the benifits of having to opportunity to extend there collaboration with their customers and suppliers.

So if they want to invite someone, at this moment, they can via the RB webclient, but later they can't communicate via the RB S4B plugin, so they need to fulltime run a browser in parallel to the 0365 Skype client.
