Disable automatic statut change to "away"

Hello !
There is some people who don't like the fact that there is an "away" time counter whey the keyboard or mouse don't move during some times. That put pressure on employees and it's not good.

So my suggestion is to add an option (on the company settings or on the rainbow's install individualy) to simply disable the automatic away status. (stay Online)

  The feature of changing the presence status to away automatically in Rainbow, incase of user is idle is a normal behavior and the feature will remain unchanged.
  
  The Rainbow presence status to be in active even, if the users are idle can be achieved through CPaaS in Rainbow.
