Not showing incoming call to my device to all rainbow user
Hi Rainbow Community,
Seeking your kind assistance to the issue I've encountered when someone from VOIP Phone(internal) calling to all rainbow users it didn't pop-up who's calling and it ends to a missed call in rainbow.
But if the call coming from rainbow to VOIP Phone(internal) was no issue and the voices can hear clearly, during the call when VOIP Phone(internal) call to that rainbow user which has an ongoing call the incoming call from VOIP Phone was pop-up to the rainbow user and able to answer it, but the first call was on-hold, but no issue has been encoutered.

We're sorry for any inconvenience caused. We recommend creating a new service request with detailed caller and callee information, including Rainbow client logs. We'll then assist you in conducting a more comprehensive analysis to resolve this issue.
