account login max length

Anyone now about account max length?
Most curious yet, I'm able to creat new user with exact same login on my lab but not on customer company.

  Hi Ricardo,

  Good day to you.

  Please be aware that while there is no set character limit for accounts. Once an account is made in Rainbow on one firm, it cannot be created on another company using the same login ID. Since the recently established account will be linked to another company.
