I clicked on "something," and my Rainbow was locked, looking for "participants to add" on a very dark screen. I would only take the call from my phone - and ctl+alt+del Rainbow

  For such issue, you mst open a ticket with log file using th esuppoort channel.
  This cannot be treated without investigation.
